Engineering for Industry (E4I) Academy is a revolutionary finishing school for technical/engineering graduates and students with a focus on production.

Engineering is a critical part of development in any nation for so many reasons. Engineers design and produce the technologies, products and infrastructure we use every day including mobile phones, cars, houses, roads, bridges, rails, TVs, electricity, etc. They also design and build the industrial machines used for manufacturing all the products we consume including drugs, medical equipment, clothes, foods, shoes, drinks, soaps, bags, books, etc. 
Hence, engineers power the industries that produce thousands of products and provide millions of jobs, eradicating poverty and driving economic development.

Africa has neglected engineering for so long which has significantly contributed to the alarming rate of underdevelopment, unemployment, poverty and suffering persistent in Africa.

The E4I Academy is established to facilitate technological, industrial and economic development in Africa by producing a new generation of world-class engineers that will create the products, build the industries, provide the employment and establish the enterprises that will drive economic development in Africa.

Our Vision is to build a highly industrialized and technologically advanced Africa with zero poverty.
